Naming Policies

Donors with gifts of $1,000 or more may also choose a naming opportunity; a list is available.  The donor will be recognized in the area of the renovated Warehouse in addition to the Donor Recognition Wall.

The following policies apply:

All recognition opportunities are subject to the approval of the ADGWC Board of Directors.

All recognition opportunities will stay in force for 25 years.

Recognition opportunities and gift levels are subject to availability and subject to change.

You may choose from these suggested wordings: "Through the generosity of" or "In Memory/Honor of"

Legacy Society

The Legacy Society recognizes people who believe in the Warehouse and its impact on the future of the Driftless Area.  They want to help secure its future by leaving a planned gift in their will or estate.  These gifts will be used for the Operating Reserve/Endowment component of the campaign.  The concept is simple but the effect is profound.

All you need to do is notify the Conservancy that you made a planned gift to benefit the Warehouse restoration to be included in the Legacy Society.  We do not need any details regarding the gift.  Unless otherwise indicated, we will recognize you as members of the Donor Recognition Wall.  You will receive special benefits available to Legacy Society members, including an annual Legacy Society event.
